Reservations e payments

1. Reservations must be made utilising the form below this table. The form can be sent via e-mail at the address info@bilodole.it or by fax at: +39-0575-364655.

2. A reply will be sent (via fax or e-mail) within 24 hours from the request to communicate whether the room is available, and the full price of the stay.

3. The client can confirm the booking by sending a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the vacation. The payment can be made either by:

• Postal order or non transferable draft cheque sent to: Le Bilodole- 52100 Arezzo- Localita' Cincelli, 11

• Bank transfer to the following bank co-ordinates:

You're asked to send a fax proofing the deposit and that will be used like a booking voucher.

4. The balance will be paid at the time of departure.

5. In case of cancellation the deposit will be reimbursed if the communication of cancellation will take place 30 days prior to the arrival date. Otherwise the deposit will be lost.

6. The estate will be closed from november 1st to march 31st.
