The Farm House

The estate consists of one large farmhouse that had been built in the 18 th century, and it remained a functional farming estate until the mid eighties.
A careful restoration with a particular attention at the use of the typical construction materials of the area such a s wood, stone and terracotta, brought back the estate to its original splendour.

The guest is welcomed in a large lounge with stone walls with a series of arches, which make the atmosphere particularly cosy. The large door/window's lead to a large ventilated porch where it is possible to comfortably rest also in the hottest summer days, sipping some excellent local wine.
Always on the ground floor there is a breakfast room, characterised by a very large stone fireplace, perfectly functional and typical of the rural decoration of Tuscan houses.

First floor:

The 8 bedroom are located on the first floor, all with en suite bathroom, some with shower and some with bath tub, all with television (satellite on request) and ( Filodiffusione ) Telephone line ?Radio Line? The size of the bedrooms is quite large, in fact the smallest is 16 Sq. Mt. while the biggest is over 25 Sq. Mt.
This makes it easy and comfortable to add an extra bed if needed in at least 5 of the 8 bedrooms.
All the bedrooms are decorated with typical rural Tuscan style, and they all have a fabulous view of the landscape of the province of Arezzo.
